FFU installation and general efficiency filter installation is different, detailed as follows:
Apparel conditions, environmental and installation personnel FFU installation requirements:

4, due to the high efficiency filter uses ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, filter easily broken damage caused by leaks. Therefore, handling, Unpacking, installation process may not fall or collision filters, non-worker fingers or other objects touching the filter media.
 

Step 1: Install the required tools and aluminum ladders FFU are ready, on the ceiling of the two installers ready foot keel, hand hanging screw bolts, pay attention to safety! As shown in Figure below

Step two: it takes another two staff to put the highest station FFU at the table, ready for an efficient filter installation;

Step Six: Install the filter for an oblique beat up (note the direction of the windward side of the high efficiency filter);

Step Seven: After the installation of high efficiency filters smooth horizontal direction FFU box, four weeks to check whether all the pressure in the high efficiency filter.
